I've looked through the Codex in DA:O and my copy of DA: The World of Thedas, Vol. I and I haven't found the answer. Could be I'm just blind, but...
Do Elves and Dwarves have longer lifespans than Humans in Thedas? Elven mythology suggests they used to be immortal, but lost that due to contact with Humans. As for Dwarves, either I've missed any mention of it or just plain forgotten...

Dwarves I am unsure about. Nothing I've found in game states they live any longer than humans (I just head canon that they do).
For elves, life around the humans has shortened their lives considerably. Once immortal in their original home of Arlathan, this ended during their time in Tevinter. Only the Dalish (who live apart from humans) now approach longevity of any type, though they are no longer immortal. The City Elves have a life span that matches the humans they are constantly exposed to.
I'd post more to support this but it is in the 'no spoilers' section of the boards.
