You can only play in Over-The-Shoulder mode, and you do your attacks by mashing keys. Each fight, it comes up either "e - dodge" or "f - attack" at certain intervals, and you have to press the right key at the right time. If you do, you're treated to a dramatic cinematic of you killing the enemy. If you don't, you stab yourself in the shoulder.
