This may be a well known problem, but I don't see anything on it.

Occasionally, I compelete a round (in this case broze at level 1), get the points and credits, moving from level 1 to 5.  Then, when I leave the lobby, I'm back at level 1 and had all the points/credits I'd just earned disappear.  It was as though I didn't do the round at all.

I tried logging out of multiplayer and then back in, but that didn't fix the problem.  Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

When it happens, I press Alt+F4 faster than I can, then I pray that by restarting the entire game the credits are there.

What platform? If PC, exit ME3 and quit Origin. Restart Origin and relaunch ME3. Normally, your Credits and XP will display correctly.

If Xbox/PS3, exit the game and reboot your console.

PC. Quit the game and origin and then restarted both. Levels are showing up now, but not the credits. That's something at least.
