Is there a way to get our CD-Keys from the old site, or it that just a lost cause now?

Lost cause. You can buy nwn1 cheaply from gog.com.

Except from what it looks like that copy can't be used to play online, or I should say on the server I play on.

Yes, you can. Just follow the link in the game overview for instructions on how to request a multiplayer key from GoG.

Looks like I had the foresight to email the keys to myself.  Crysis Averted.

Hoping the gog version im about to get will let me into the premium mods I bought back in the day.

The gog version comes with the premium mods.  If you get the online key, as I recall, they won't work anymore.  However, there's a file from gog that you install to re-enable the premium modules so they recognize the new online CD key.  An extra step or so, but relatively painless.

It doesn't come with all of the premium modules, like the Wyvern Crown of Cormyr.  Those will still have to be installed from the original installers, or from here.
