He's quite hard to solo with, because if his Barriers go down, he can get dropped fast. Try not to get slapped by Marauders, if you do, there's no guarantee you won't use any medi-gels. Personally, fitness is pretty bad even if full. I'd recommend a 6/6/6/4/4, or a 6/6/6/5/3 build.

Reapers would be best to solo with, because of biotic barriers. Go up against Geth or Cerberus and you might have a hard time since they both are Shield dependent factions besides the Phantoms.

It is kinda OP because there is a glitch in the game if you prime a target with incendiary ammo and then use biotic fart it will cause a lvl20 fire explosion

I attempted one platinum solo with the DA. Made it wave 9 and didn't bother attempting it again. This was about 7 months ago. I used the build that Mega described and it is very effective. Speed is definitely your friend.

Weapon of choice was harrier. Probably would use something more along the lines of Venom/anti-armor side arm if I were to attempt it now.

Harrier would be easier than the Wraith, I'd imagine. Drell Speed and Nade Addiction will be whipping you around to the next ammo box regardless, so might as well go all in.

Crusader might work if you like it. In general, a 4 second CD on Reave works fine, especially when you've got to focus fire on a boss. Warp ammo obviously.

This is just coop experience talking, shrug.

As others said, skip Pull and use Wraith. Wraith is strong enough to 1 shot kill most mooks without priming, so for those you can shoot, reave, shoot, hide reload in clusters. But then again, there so many ways to combine the 2 shots with the powers to hide the reload...

I reached wave 7 with the claymore and wave 8 with the wraith. I think I'll try thr csmg:wizard:

might try adrenaline module instead of pwoer amps for this one, maybe more speed will give you the needed survivability

 3 in pull, 5 in the weapon/power passive. Acolyte and hurricane.

Acolyte shot + pull + reave for every unarmored ennemies. 

Reave + cluster grenade + hurricane shoots for every armored ennemies. 

Due to the squishyness of the guy, the acolyte is mandatory IMO to shoot from cover and to easily deal with phantoms. 
For the faction to fight, cerberus would be an easier choice than the collectors since you could kill very quickly all their units, excepted atlases. But you're maybe looking for a harder challenge...

I like three points in pull especially for a solo. You can dispatch mooks so quickly with that will focusing on other things at the same time. I haven't soloed with him yet so IDK. Use the harrier in team games though.

Did one of the only 2 platinum solos I did with him. Especially for a solo, I'd advice 3 points in pull. Everything else is straightforward. Bring a harrier, and cut 'em all down.

Edit: if you're doing thunderdome, you'll need stagger. Try falcon + hurricane/csmg or even just Venom.
