Ok I'm having a total brain freeze moment here because obviously the map has been cleared enough to see it which means I was there,,,I remember seeing the spirit door!  Now I have all the form and I can not for the life of me seem to come back where I need to.  Here is the image:

Please someone come along and tell me how to get to the green dot.  Be specific!

EDIT:  Of course as soon as I post I figure it out *headdesk*

Someone who had the exact same problem as me and yet you've not revealed what we were both missing. I -know- I've been to the second ring before but I just can't get back there... I've tried all the doors, all the mouse holes, ugh! Can anyone help me?

Geez that really was a nightmare. Sorry to say I can't remember a whole lot. I know I used the burning man form to cross the fire and get into the room next to the green dot and I know I used a spirit door to get to the green dot room. Trouble is, I don't remember where the spirit door is...Sorry. Hopefully you can find it.

Okay, I swear I'm not an idiot. That must be bugged... I just went through a mouse hole and got where I wanted to go. I swear it just took me back to the start before...
