Anyway to reset back to character creation??

any console command or something to go back to before lvl 1 and get it?

You can use the console commands to give yourself the feat. If you were worried about cheating, then you could also remove one of your existing feats at the same time. The one you removed would have to be one that isn't a prerequisite to any other feats your've taken though.
Another option would be to use the character editor on the NW vault:

oh thank you very much! it was a little difficult to get this to work but i got that great feat now, plus i used it to change one of my domains.DannJ wrote...
Once you've created the character, you can't go back that far. You could only de-level back to level 1.
