An exotic belly-dancer surface dwarf from the Anderfels. Master of enchantment, with my killer moves.

A half elf being taken care of by elven mother and financially supported by caring enough human father.
And potentially an apostate mage hating both my heritage

I'd be a normal, human serf in Orlais who dies from famine or plague.

An extremely twisted elf and apostate who was disfigured and orphaned by human nobles and now wanders Thedas incinerating human villages to nothingness.

Hard to say, I'd depend on my social status and what my parents did for a living.
Assuming I can freely choose I'd be a ranger living in a deep forest, far away from crazy mages, warmongering nations, blights, plagues and poverty.

An Orlesian duke by the name of Alphonse de Arlesans, who is steadfastly loyal to the crown.
A mage, bookish, and is decent at the sword and spear.
He's also bisexual. Because, why not.

The former sounds more realistic.
I might also be an Aequitarian Mage or a compassionate Templar.

With my luck: A severely impoverished City-Elf living in an alienage somewhere.
If I could choose: A mage who previously studied and lived within one of the towers. At this age, I've probably passed my Harrowing. But with the revolution raging, I'd probably just try to stay alive and not get caught by Templars.

Hmm... I see more Celt in them, Lobsel, but fair enough.
@Backdoor LOL. I could see that as possibility for myself too.
@Qistina Well, you're lucky your life is worth 50 silver. If I'm an Orlesian serf, which I probably would be, I'd be worth maybe one or two if I'm lucky. Perhaps a little more if I was a Tevinter slave.

You could let your master imbue you with lyrium, then run away, that will rise your price

I would be a mage who wished he was a magister, but I'd be stuck in Circle. Luckily I wouldn't be made Tranquil because I'd be too busy kissing the Knight-Commander's ass, but in secret... I'd be finding a way out of that tower whether it be through blood magic, demons, or anything else I might require.
Or maybe I'd find the tower life suits me and be a happy little hermit mage only doing things when absolutely necessary. I could see either or. lol

I would be the human version of Javik, recently reawakened and wondering what the hell happened to the world/galaxy after I was put into stasis some 49,000 years ago in the past.

Probably: A child who died at birth or a really young age due to disease, war, magic, ransacked village, etc.
If I could choose: A bard in Orlais. Sounds fun while it lasts.
