It's a great game! It's the perfect satire of all RPGs. I think you, and possibly me as well, would make a great bard.

But yeah, I figured I knew what you meant. But the setup was so perfect.

I know, I would rather be the spirit warrior. I would also like a kind of ranger class that has magic/specializes in hunting mystical things.

Hm. Given my RL ancestry, I'd be of Ander stock, probably immigrants to Ferelden by way of Orlais. Given RL circumstances, I'd be a bar-wench/cook in a brothel of middling quality in a decent-sized city, a la Highever. I'd read Orlesian novels and bad Antivan poetry on my rest day, a lucky member of the literate class thanks to my mother's upper-middle class herbalist background.

I'd have a bit of herb-knowledge from my mother's side of the family (enough to keep the brothel in salves) and a finely-tuned sense of just how long you have to stew squirrel before it becomes a savory mystery-meat bonanza (from my father's side of the family.)

I'd grow elfroot and spindleweed in pots in my little apartment, feed the stray cats and mongrels in the alley, and in general be a content lower-middle class city dweller. A useful enough sort.

I have an idea for a story about the fall of Lothering. Don't know if I'll ever write it. Not feeling much motivation these days.
