ALL Registered Game Content Missing

I have contacted Origin support and was told that they were escallating it to the people at Bioware but that has been over a week ago and I have still not heard back from them. This is going on a couple of weeks now where I have not been able to play my games and install my content.
Is this a known issue? Is there a way to reset my account so that my entitlements show correctly?

I have purchased all of the content for Dragon Age Origins, some for Dragon Age II and the Mass Effect Games. When I go to my registered game content page, where it used to list all of my registered content for me to download, it is now completely blank as if I had never purchased anything at all.

You are on the wrong website, and have been misinformed, or you misunderstood. There is no such thing as "escalating to Bioware", because Bioware has not offered its own customer support for about the past ten years. They chose to contract with distributors who would accept that responsibility in exchange for earning the largest part of the profits. This is BSN, a social website, where gamers are allowed to discuss Bioware games in general terms. The previous Self-Help forums, for the most part, are now all shuttered, with that sort of discussions almost all moved to Answers HQ.

You are off topic, and have been misinformed, or you misunderstood. How would this be off topic when the issue that I am having revolves around this particular website?

I have talked on the phone extensively with people at Origin support on the phone and they said that it was an issue with the developer's website (in this case Bioware) that is preventing me from having access to my content. The link above on my account is what is causing all of the trouble.
The title of this forum is"Social.bioware.com Site Help" which leads me to believe that I have posted this in exactly the right place, since the issue is with the Bioware social website.
