I've got the PC version of the game and was wondering if anyone else was having a similar problem. With those in game 'high quality' videos, like the news reports showing the Reaper attack at the begininng, and then the one with eva core on mars, the video and sound don't match up. the video seems to go a lot slower than it should. I had this very same problem with ME 1 at the beginning with the 'incoming transmission from eden prime.' Video and audio were out of sync.
Anyone else have this issue, and anyone know how to fix it?
In game videos are slow.

Quick fixes, just checked quickly on the internet.
See if you can turn hardware acceleration on or off (should be in Control Panel is the settings somewhere.)
Set the quality of the graphics to low and make sure all your drivers (sound especially) are up to date.
Hope this helps

everything is up to date, quality is low, still nothing.
I looked for 'hardware acceleration' but didn't find anything. I'm running Windows 7

Maybe this video can help. If not, maybe contact EA support or go to the Mass Effect 3 Answers HQ. These aren't tech support forums, so you won't find as much help.
