as far as i could tell, 13_UrgatEnd=1 means that Yaisog wasn't slain, and hence shows up at Logram's. 13_UrgatEnd=2 might be the same as =0 (do nothing special)
but yeh, shouldn't hurt to set it accordingly, it might be involved in eg. a dialog w/ Callum etc.
I'm at my wits end with this Casavir bug!

p.s. As long as we're talking about gouging eyes, download this, unrar it, and put the two files in C:\\Users\\*rae*\\Documents\\Neverwinter Nights 2\\override before you go in to meet Logram.

Ok I just completed Eyegouger lair, returned to old owl well wih no issues and now back on the main quest in neverwinter. Looks like it's fine now.
