Are there any classes that you run with no passives?

Personally, I can't bring myself to give up passives. They just make my powers/weapons so much better.

I used to do it with melee shaman but actually 4 in barrier plus 4 in passive gives better weight reduction.

The only exceptions are the smash, cluster grenade, and Dark sphere kits, since they benefit a lot from power damage boosts, and the volus, which I spec for weapon damage and give a widow to, since he's a pathetic excuse for an adept.
I might switch the krogan to 46646 though, Curunen's suggestion sounds good.

Question, are you including the fitness tree because that is all passive crap too?
No. I'm only counting the "Alliance Training"-esque passives.

re: the melee shaman 4 barrier 4 passive also nets a bit of weapon damage along with extra weight capacity and a bit of power damage to make up for the loss from barrier.Evil Mastered wrote...
Technically no, but my adepts are mostly 66606.

Toss up either way - depends how heavy the weapon + omni blade is (I'm planning to use a venom on this guy when the store finally decides to give me one, so omni-blade on that is pretty heavy).

N7 Paladin would be the only one with which I'd do that, but I skip incinerate on him (lolwut, what about the cheese? D: ), so nah.

Original asari adept, one of my human adepts and sentinels. That's about it I think.
