I have been using "Order squadmate 1" and "Order squadmate 2". I am sure these commands used to tell my squadmates to attack the enemy (with their guns).

Recently they just seem to target the enemy with a random power. What's the deal? I have "squadmates use powers" turned off.

Is there anyway I can command my sqadmates to target specific enemies with gunfire? Is there any difference between Q & E, and B (other than commanding one or both squadmates)?

The gunfire only target command is Z by default. Q and E is supposed to have the squadmate use a power if they are off cooldown, or simply fire if they are not.
