Why must all the terribad pugs gravitate toward this noob garbage kit... I hate it. So much obstruction of my view...

I think it's because flamer hits hard and its fun to set things on fire. Vorcha Sentinels are fun, too, but not as popular with randoms. But the explosions. Dear Mother of Vishnu, the explosions!

It's not just the terribad pugs.. I'll give every GT without an Acolyte or Reegar a chance, else I'll just leave, because I haven't met 1 pug that didn't blind me with Flamer. And I really can't be bothered to have the same set ups in a team every fkn match. lol
Funny thing, just yesterday I landed in a lobby containing a Reegar+Acolyte GT, Reegar AIU and Harrier TGI.

Because more interesting classes and builds typically require weapons and equipment on Platinum that the typical PUG doesn't actually have. The choice is a pretty rational one, honestly.

All Flamer kits get the boot...

Sorry man, but that's just dumb. The only thing that bothers me about flamer kits is that a lot of them are played badly and the pug tends to go down a lot. But I've seen some people use it really well without blinding me, so I wouldn't just kick every single one based on an assumption. But each to their own I suppose...
