Hello i just installed the toolset and i cannot connect to the database. I did check the wiki and i cannot understand it advice. I would apriciate it if someone would give my a simple and consice answer...

It may not be as concise as you would like, but given the technical possibilities, this is a necessary list of things to do/consider. Not sure how one would make it less verbose without rendering it relatively unhelpful ...

Sorry if this doesn't help. It helped me when I had the issue.

The other thing you *could* try is a full uninstall of the Toolset (and the database) and a reinstall.

question, do you have Nvidia firstpacket enabled? I've found that it makes Eclipseray hang, (the toolsets lightmapper), and was wondering if it also interfered with the toolset install.
