Not sure if this was implemented in DA2 in any form -I really don't recall if dwarves enemies were able to resist magic at all-. Not that in Origins made a huge difference, but it was a nice touch.
I wonder if this feature is going to show up again in the inquisitor dwarf. There has been any kind of announcement or confirmation about this topic? Sorry if this has been already adressed in another topic.
By the way, in case is not already confirmed or hinted: do you guys want this feature back?

The Carta dwarves's resistances were mostly normal except for one weakness, and yes i'd like to see magic resistance for dwarven characters to be included in combat.
Plus i'd like to see each race have unique stat bonuses.

Mike Laidlaw mentioned in one of the DA panels during PAX that he would like to have more significant racial attributes in DAI. The example was instead of the 10% hostile magic resistance Dwarves had in DAO, it would be something like 25%.
