So, as the title states, just got the game to play through multiplayer with a friend, and we're stuck practically right off the bat. We got to Fort Locke, did the Bandit Camp stuff, then headed on over to the Graveyard to rescure Commander Tann. Found Tann, killed the evil masked necromancer of doomy doom, saved 2 of the 3 of Tann's men, found the body of the 3rd. We then returned to Fort Locke, where we were accosted by Vallis or however you spell that dead guy's name. Tann then just followed me around camp like a lost puppy for the next 15 minutes till he finally ran over to his place by the gallows. He just keeps spouting off due to his PTSD about how we need to save his men and return to the Fort even though we're here. Cormick just flat refuses to talk to me since I brought him a broken husk of a commander to the fort.
What do I do to fix this? After this issue, I made a singleplayer game just fine and I just got to Neverwinter on it. If I can't fix this multiplayer save, is there a way to load up my singleplayer and all of her progress for my friend and I to just play starting in Neverwinter instead? Please help, and thanks!

I think this is describing a failure of Valis' ondeath script. It might be nested in the onenter.
When the traitors die, Tann says ca. "I'd better go see what else he's screwed up" and runs back to the spot in the fort formally occupied by Valis. Either in that same little snippet or later when you talk to him or Cormick the quest updates.

Alright, ran that debugmode script, it didn't change anything sadly. I'm guessing that was for removing him from my party, which he isn't in atm. He still just says the line about needing to find his men and get back to the Fort, and Cormick won't speak to me. I believe I_Raps is right in his guess on that it's some death script for Vallis.

because these commands aren't pretty (you should see behind the scenes at Fort Locke...) and will probably break the Galen Escort quest, and might not even bring the worldmap up properly.

Ok, just tried what you gave me. The first 2 lines came back as unsuccessful. The ga_journal one updated my completed Fort Locke investigation quest. The final line said it ran successfully but I did not see anything that's changed. That said, I noticed I still have the quest Safer Travels or something like that, telling me to ask Vallis to resume the patrols. That's the part that leads me to the graveyard to find Tann to begin with. Does that help in figuring out how to complete that quest and maybe get me some progress?

they shouldn't come back unsuccessful: control main character and have no target. (no typos, copy to wordpad & change the font if you have to)
and what you mean by 'stuck' -- what happens when the worldMap is clicked? I'm just trying to get you out of the Fort and on the road to Elanee and Highcliff....
Does the worldmap transition blue thingie even show up?
ps. Safer Travels is the Galen Escort quest, I don't think it's necessary for the core plotline but it might be, when talking to Cormick in the city,

Hmm, on your request, tried those 2 lines that I said came back as unsuccessful and they worked this time and that actually fixed it all. I got handed in to Cormick, he's promised me more rewards later, and I can now exit to Highcliff to move on to the druid and her corrupted grove. Thanks again, both of you!
