Depends on the amount of ROF increase - It would push it towards absurd DPS with certain weapons though.

Gotcha. I guess it would make more sense if the question was if AR had an evolution that gave a Movement Speed bonus. It's not like the user having an anxiety attack (okay, fine, a battlefield high) would make the guns fire any faster than manufacturer specifications.
