As if they were something that i have to hide because of "etiquette" or because someone do not like what i have to say,don't like don't read it and dismiss it simple.

and no if a topic interest me i do not go to create another one from scratch for nothing more than timeline,because was old, if there is an existing one of no more than 1 year.

They are relatively few in numbers since for my own reason i do not often post into the Bsn,yes also for difficulties on the language,i mostly read comments.

This is not the first time that i saw this kind of fluffy comments from your part,and i do not have a problem with pranksters in general

This is Bioware's story, and if she has a part in it to play, she can't be killed. You don't have to kill everyone you don't like. The DAO Morrigan has changed. To be honest the DAO Morrigan seemed too polarized. I hardly took her anywhere in DAO. In DAI she seems more caring.

I'd grant you that if it was two or three months ago, but two years? That's pushing it.

Secret, you're not going to be able to kill her unless the plot calls for it, and I don't see that happening any time soon. Plus if you do WEWH after Abyss, you only have to deal with her for two story beats. Other than that you can ignore her. It's not like DAO where she was front and center.

Given that Morrigan is now Flemeth's de facto successor, I suspect we haven't seen the last of her.

As far as Morrigan..Yes,a sword through the middle might make the group happy.. Been many years since I seen a evil self centered woman that cared about nobody or anything..Morrigan and her would get along fabulously just like two peas in a pod..

In general while I like morrigan as a character and my canon state has my warden walking into the mirror with her, I don't think she's a great person and can understand why people want to kill her.

 

She's one of (if not the only?) companion that you gain approval for killing all the elves in Nature of the Beast. She advocates for taking the dark route every time, for example, being the only companion that will disapprove if you don't use blood magic to kill every captive elf in the alienage for a measly stat boost. 

 

In general, the choices she advises you to take are the callous, morally questionable ones, if not downright evil, even from a roleplaying perspective. 

 

I think in current games people have forgotten how much of a piece of work morrigan was, but there was a reason a modder made a slap morrigan mod.

I suppose I could understand you wanting to kill her in Witch Hunt if your worried about the whole child-with-an-old-soul thing, but after seeing Kieran in Inquisition and hearing Morrigan's motives for his creation, which honestly she should of just told the Warden about in Origins, I see no pressing need to kill her.

 

She can be annoying, sure, but its not as if she blow up a chantry filled with innocent people and manipulated events so a slaughter could incur or something.

That was a contrived statement imho,try to label those who want to kill Morrigan for several reason as psychopaths by saying something on the line

like that user did,just show on how much those fans are incapable to accept the dichotomy of her character,to me she is a danger and she need to die,just like Flemeth,just like Solas,just like that Archdemons/Old gods,just like Yavana and her dragon queen.

So i would like to rephrase that statement into this to

Exactly this,i'm ok with it,if someone say that she survived because they had some others plan for her (even if i don't like it because i don't like returning characters or forced outcome ), but if someone said that she survived because she is awesome and managed to escape,that is imho incorrect for what i saw from that animation option.

This is the only reason of why they let her survive in that Dlc with that contrived ending,but if i may ask,why give the opportunity of an attack if it wasn't meant to be final is beyond me...good job bioware.

For the necro i honestly saw worse even 5 years and more and no one complained,and beside 2014-2015 is one year not two and when it was created mrDAI was not even released.

Do people would have avoided that necro mention if i would have just go psycho by creating a topic named killing Morrigan 2.0 updated to 2015-2016?

To me is more likly because people don't like  to hear the mention of the murder knifing on Morrigan,it is a part of DAO that exist.

In DAO as far as i'm concerned she is optional more than in DAI,since it can be dismissed since Lothering,and rejected at Redcliffe.

In DAI it is not since i'm forced into a dangerous situation because she usd violence on Abelas when it was my plan to let that ancient elf destroy that well of sorrow.

I do like elves but i do not like the Evanuris and the Dalish.

Yet i'm forced in this situation in which there is noone other than Morrigan for the well of sorrow,or be a slave,that is a contrived writing.

 

If she kill Abelas she show insubordination to the Inquisitor and yet can 't be punished for her transgression due to plot armor,at least i punished her for the desertion of Redclieffe(apprently the Warden at least do not let go her enemies without the proper "reward"),here she murderer someone with no authority,i gave not such an order.

Can't just bioware stop with those contrived blackmails in which i'm forced in implausible situations in whom i'm forced to either pay something or empowering Morrigan?

At least Loghain soul was worthy "way out" in DAO,but here she is even more forced down the throat.

What about if the Inquisitor use the well of sorrow and that old god and Kieran does not exist (since i obliterated him from every plane of existence)

I don't need her to summon FLemeth and tame the Dragon and i cannot sent her away?

For what reason exactly i'm not allowed to do so?

Flemeth don't care to met her if she doesn't have the soul of the archdemon or she is not bound to her,she doesn't need to be there in this scenario.

Do i have to call that as another transgression?

I saw the same in DAI really,when she stabbed the elf in the back to gain the well of sorrow for herself,when my plan was to let that Altmer elf destroying it.

Coryflowers was already lose badly and either Abelas or SOlas could have provided info about that little secret of his dragon,or more likely his dragon would have been

killed the same.

She cares about Kieran. And the Warden, if they're together.

And my warden cares about her father and her friends,you know those people in that cage that Morrigan suggested to sold on slavery and sacrifice like that beautiful mind of Loghain,for ( super powers,nah +1 constitution only)

It's supposed to change something for my Warden that she care of someone that is not mandatory (a male Warden and a son) that does not even exist in my game?

 I mean both of them,so she can be pretty much the same,kinda like the default worldstate,her moment is as far as i'm concerned in DAO not in DAI like some advertisements of the game claimed "The Morrigan moment",that was in DAO not in this game...

She cared about Kieran and the Warden,and?

This supposed to make me care and let her past her transgressions and evil acts?

In what cutscene did she swear alligiance to The Warden? I'm serious, I honestly want to know. Because from my experience, Morrigan volunteered (or rather, was pushed by her mother) to join the Warden on their quest. That means that she can leave whenever she wants. The only people who are under oath are Zevran and Alistair, Zev because of his vow and Alistair because of his oath to the Grey Wardens. Now, they can betray you. Not Morrigan.

 

Oh and for the folk who still believe this regarding of DAO you better read my first post on this topic,what she did at Redcliffe is betrayal as far as i'm concerned,she even do not defend herself from that accusation in WH "you abandoned me" line option

Well yes the writers did make her stupid evil in DAO. It seem they needed someone to side with an evil Warden. When they made DAO, I don't know if they were planning a DA2. 

 

Now one of the underlining themes in this game is redemption.

• Thom Rainier murdering a family and letting others take the fall.
• Loghain if you let him live.
• Isabela was in the slave trade business, and drowned a ship full of Elves because she thought she was going to get caught with them covered in  "Those Who Speak".
• Sten murdered a family.
• Leliana murdered people for her lover in her game.
• Cole was a demon in the book "Asunder".

Keeping this in mind we have Morrigan who is a prime target for the essence of a god. The writers have told you several times that Flemeth has the ability to see the future. It was covered in "The Stone Throne" and DA2. She planned that essense for Morrigan and despite everything she has pretty much helped every hero including Alistair's father King Maric.

 

The direction they are taking with her doesn't seem to be evil. It looks as if they have purposely soften her for a greater role.

Oh god it was me the first to necro this thread  back in 2014 when i first subscribed on the forum ,i was literally "lynched" (in a metaphorical way of course)  and did not  know about these "inconvenience" since i always missed the date of the comments.

Ehi don't worry about that probably my english is by far worse than yours,honestly isn't a problem for me personally...

and maybe also for most users since they rarely complain about those aspects since they  understand that this forum is "international enough"
