After Morrigan leaves your party, with or without her unborn child, whether you decided to bed her before the final battle or not,  and she wonders the lands as it says at the end of the game, will we ever see her and/or her child again?

You should probably ask this in the section that deals with this sort of thing, story and plot, not the off-topic section where people discuss non-DA stuff, like Game Pro, and generally expect to not have the game spoiled in any sort of way.
