I'm a proud owner of the ME Trilogy collection and every single DLC. However, I'm still missing the content that was included in the ME3 Collector's Edition. I want that content. Is there a way to acquire or buy a DLC/patch code withit buying an entirely new, separate CE for 60 bucks.
PS3 Trilogy Owner, Would LOVE to experience CE Mass Effect 3.

You could hit eBay to see if anyone is offering those codes but otherwise you are out of luck.
Only the PC version has a upgrade option from standard to Collectors Edition.

AFAIK, there is nothing to "experience." There are several different guns, some of which are rather awesome. There is an N7 hoodie for Shepard. And an annoying Fenris mech in the shuttle bay. I think that is about it.

I dont know why Bioware hasnt already done this, the perfect scenario for you, in which you could buy the CE bonuses. It's been almost 2 years...the Collector's Edition *FIRST* sentiment fans get on day one is long gone, and it's just a lost opportunity for them for some extra revenue from customers like you. This is coming from an N7 edition pre-ordered/owner.
I have a couple of friends in the same situation.
cap and gown makes a good point though, you are just really wasting your money rebuying it (even if you could find it on ebay) at this point because the addition is so minimal. For $10 sure, but the whole game or trilogy on PC? Not worth it, esp. since your saves obviously would be moot and you'd have to start over for minutes of consumable content in the 3rd game.
The mech is useless, the hoodie is cosmetic and not my fav. This last line is just opinion though.

get standard ME3 on PC, I'll give ya my Coalesced that has unlocked all that stuff. except for the dog mech. it's pretty useless anyway, it just walks around the shuttle bay.
you can unlock everything else easily with the latest Gibbed save editor.

But if you really want the CE stuff, just follow the instructions on the link and if you need help with Gibbed I'm sure there are plenty of posts on bsn that can explain it better than me...I'm pretty sure the instructions on that link worked for me when I played ME3 on my PS3 a few months ago but the only things I 'fixed' were adding in the N7 hoodie, N7 hurricane, and maybe the Defender armor. Hope it helps!

I enjoy the CE content, but the most substantial thing, to me, are the extra N7 weapons. The hoodie is a nice bonus, but that's the extent of it. The best thing about the mech is not the mech itself, but Ken and Gabby's dialogue about it. I think you may be out of luck. It's doubtful that anyone is going to buy the copy just for the extra stuff in the packaging and try to sell the slip with the code on ebay, but you can always keep looking. Too bad the upgrade option isn't available for the console. I assumed that maybe they wanted to keep whatever demand there may be for the physical packaging with the comic and other stuff intact, but who knows.

Just because you unlock items in the ME3 MP doesn't mean you can use them in SP
