It's amazing how far those maps extend beyond the playable area. I like sending throw/incinerate/cryo blast at far-off objects just to see if they're really there. And yeah, they're there.

you can still get outside of ghost/jade/dagger/hydra/giant/reactor on console, and there's some cool spots on condor and rio

So I was asked by many people how to achieve the novaflight. Here are some pieces of advice given by my fellow flying comrades.

1. Flight is for believers only. You have to believe you can fly or you won't be able to do so. You can play R. Kelly in the background, it usually helps.
2. Flight is for gold and up. There's no magic in scrublands, only sadness.
3. If you want to fly, you need to abandon your mortal flesh by being sync-killed before.
4. To optimize your weight, you need to use up all of your rockets, medi-gel, ops packs and TC pack before flying. If possible, you have to try naked too.
5. For better aerodynamic, we recommend you bring a pizza while flying. Especially when with pugs.

I challenge you to "Find the Shuttle"!

Can you Nova Flyers find all the shuttles?
The shuttle is ususally parked out of sight during a match, but I know of at least Vancouver, Jade and Hydra where it hides.

For starters, check Vancouver which doesn't require any flying at all.
Warning: Might take some time with Nova Flying, I used the scrub tool flycam for it.

I did it!
Hazard Glacier. You can actually go very far around the corner. So far that screen begins to glitch a bit from lack of textures at certain places. And you can watch your friends through window and laugh at them while they are getting eaten by bees.





"Your squadmate is dying. Find their position and revive them?" lol, you bet!

Rio seems to be tightly boxed in by the hand rails, even though I'm above them there is a wall. Condor again only has the playable area accessible.
