Hi, I recently moved and have discovered that I lost some of my game manuals/discs in the process. I really want to replay dragon age 1 and 2 before the third game comes out, figured why not start now. I was not worried because my games were registered here and I remembered being able to redownload them.
This is apparantly no longer the case ever since the launch of the origin store.
So now my problem is that: I no longer have my cds, my games are registered here but I cannot download them from here, and I cannot register at the origins store since i no longer have my manual. Is there anything that the bioware site can do to help me here?

I suggest you try help.ea.com. Click on "Talk to a game advisor" and initiate a live chat. Be insistent that you do own the game, as it is registered on the Bioware site. If they say they can't help, then ask to speak with a supervisor.
On a side note, ... if you have installed DA:O via disc, but you intend to install Awakening via Origin, you may run into an issue... the game may still check for the Awakening disc. The solution is to install *both* games via the digital download client-- this eliminates the disc check.
