what I am thinking is that if Samara is an indeed LI, which I really hope not, she might be the one who player can "talk it out". I mean a women who lived at least more than 2 centuries swearing not to have kids or a relationship can't just possibily have sex with a human in matter of months.

She just doesnt seem interesting...

We know next to nothing about her, and people still flock to her, all for one simple reason:

Boobies.

*sigh*...

She doesn't swear not to have a relationship. See, the thing is, you're seeing it too one-sided. Who KNOWS what happens during the course of the game. Her attitude or outlook could begin to change, who knows if she's on a mission and once her loyalty is gained or she completes her mission, she gives up being a justicar.

Lots of possibilities :D

I "love" me some Samara. Image IPB  Not more then Miranda though. Image IPB

I think that Samara is really sexy, I like her profession (Justicar is very cool and different to me), and I do hope she's a love interest.  I think she's going to have a really interesting backstory, and I look forward to discovering everything that made her what she is and the choices she's now making.  Also there's something about her, the way that she carries herself maybe, that feels unlike any other females we've seen in Mass Effect so far.  You see it in her trailer, in how you know she's really powerful, but yet she's got that walk and that spunk that tells a story of something far greater.  Should be good stuff.

Yep. It couldn't be that she's the only person other than Tali who isn't insane, evil, or evil and insane. It couldn't be because she had a beautiful face, and shows far more dignity and grace than Miranda and Jack.

Nope, YOU don’t find her interesting, so NO ONE ELSE can. It’s like a law or something.

The actual expansion of the "Find peace in the embrace of the goddess" scene, satisfying squish and all, really made me appreciate Samara and the "dirty dozen" as a whole. I got so wrapped up in reading about game-play improvements and possible romance options and all that jazz that I momentarily forgot that there are going to be tons of those awesome little moments. Just like there are tons of little memorable moments from the first game.

Don't you think it is too weird to change her life principle too sudden? think about it...
she had a big enough incident that made her swore not to have any children and she kept that, according to her age, more than at least centuries... don't you think it is too weird to change that outlook which pretty much dominated her life by meeting a one person?

Where is the Samara love?

Alllll the way over there...in a corner...being beaten senseless by rabid Tali/Garrus fans.

I don't think people would mind her so much if she wasn't directly in the way of two of the most popular characters being LIs.

Not really, because Bioware can come up with some pretty damn good stories. I don't think it's weird at all, plus relationships=/= children.

Yeah I guess anything can happen since it is game and BW has a damn good story writers...

I will just nuke her off if I get an option in a suicide mission if she turns out to be LI instead of Tali

Ok, we REALLY need to set this straight, not having children =/= not having sex.

Also, Liara explained that Asari don't concentrate on the lifespans of there mates, however much shorter they may be, they concentrate on the emotions and feelings they have for them in the present.  I'm assuming then that Asari, beings they live more than 1000 years are going to most likely have quite a few mates in their time.

Also, why are so many people in the group of "I hope she's not romancable"?  Would it hurt your playthrough if she was?  I could say the same thing about Tali as I find the prospect strange and far to alien for my tastes, there's just to many unknowns for me to want to romance her.  But, I don't go around saying "I hope she's not a LI becasue she's too nice/innocent/a million other reasons"  If you want to go for her, then by all means, go for it, but to not want a character as a potential LI is weird as it doesn't impact your game in any way.  It would be the same if they added a m/m romance option, I wouldn't play it, but if other's liked it then more power to em, I won't begrudge them a bit.

One last thing, why does nobody complain about the amount of human LI's?  Some people keep saying "Another Asari LI, next..."  There's now, if Samara is an option, 3 total Asari's that can or will have been LI's (I'm counting the consort) Whereas there's been 5 human LI's counting Miranda (Which is all but confirmed).  Yet nobody cares that there a bunch of Human slu*s   I'm just rambling yet I just can't get past people's hope that she's not romancable...

Those poor Garrus fans are going to be so disappointed when they learn that it's Thane or a human being.

If you think that's weird, Liv Tyler is like 2500+ when she courts Viggo Morteinsen in LoTR.

Also; age doesn't really matter when it comes to asari. The oldest they can get is "cougar" old. (Physically.)

No, I'll be quite happy with Garrus, but thank you for the offer. You're more than welcome to Samara, however. :)

If your Grandma looked that good I'd do her, in a heart beat.  Liara was over 100 years old, so if your going by human years she's in the great grandmother age range.

Plus, just imagine a woman that looks sexy as sin AND has 600 years of experiance, mmm
