NOT what I meant. Her character could very well be compelling, I don't know. I'm just saying the IDEA of her right now is boring because she's an asari like Liara and from what we've seen, and she hasn't done anything to stand out yet. Yet.
Subject Zero on the other hand makes you go
immediately.
Lol, you make it sound like there's be dozens of Asari LIs in the past. There's only been ONE. Yet you completely overlook how many human LIs there are. That's a little hypocritical imo.
We had Ashley and Kaidan in ME1, now we have Miranda, Subject Zero, Jacob, and Kelly Chambers as a side-type thing, yet no mutter of discontent from you. I find that strange. Wouldn't THAT be boring instead?
I wasn't talking about humans, my first reference was to Tali, Garrus or Grunt which would all be completely new alien species. When I thought Bioware was doing Kelly Chambers, Miranda and SuZe I was even more disconcerted.
I realize we've only had one asari love interest, but that's one more than what we've had of any OTHER LI, besides humans and they're going to be in it in vast supply. I havent said anything about preferring human LIs so I'm not being hypocritical at all, I'm just saying, we have humans and that's confirmed, can't do anything about it, at least if they're going to give is two tons of humans which we've already had, give us a new alien race in addition to Samara. But if there was only one other option, I would want it to be something completely different.
I'm 99.9% sure it will be Samara though, and that won't bother me, I'm just saying the other route is slightly different. Not better, just not as similar to ME1, where we had one human and one asari. Now we have 2 humans, 1 asari. Where's the variety?
