I missiled a Possessed Abomination during a hack on an all Drell run. Took the whole team down. Was exciting.

Search for a game. Think I hear lobby music... nope, the ol' lobby music fakeout. Load load load. Hear ricochets and rounds zipping past my no doubt motionless, zoning-in body. Almost there. "Squad member down!" Hear the hum of a defib starting, only to hear it cut short. "Squad member down!"

The world appears and I can move.

A husk has already mounted me and a pair of marauders are shooting at me from behind cover. A banshee screams her way toward me as I dislodge the husk. In the distance I see a squadmate's icon go from "revive" to "skull." The Reapers think they have us right where they want us.

They're wrong. I do.

No, I hate slogging away in solo mode. If I liked soloing I'd do it more often. I'll grant you that it does feel good to clutch the odd wave or two if you can do it in a timely manner.

Do you mean something like the "prepare for glory" thing?

I'm not at all happy when the team goes down, especially if early in the match and/or with lots of enemies left to kill. I want quick games with few revives (though a 15 revives medal I got the other day did make me LOL). However, if it's later in the game with only a few enemies to clean up then I'm like -- "watch and learn kiddos!"

Meh, I think you see what you want to see.

OT: It definitely makes things more interesting knowing that if you get sync killed the team fails. But I'd rather they didn't all die or at least I had enough time to revive them if they did.

I'm pretty sure no one loves it more than me.

It's wrong, how much I love it. I should feel ashamed of myself.

If you can handle yourself, you can kick*** while your team mates die and you might not even have noticed anything.

Hey, if I'm misreading this one, I'll happily apologize.  I would point, however, that such threads have been pretty commonplace in here of late.

@Tant:
I don't know, Tant. BSN is known for it's high brow humor and safisticastion. My post is a perfect example of that.

And to answer the TT's question. No. I find it more fun to keep everybody alive; Especially when I die in the process.

Not so much "excited" as "****-just-got-real-mode".

...except when I happen to be using an experimental class setup that I turn out to hate. That actually happened to me yesterday. All... those... medigels...

I like to clutch. I like the fact that everyone is watching and our match is riding on my skill. I once clutched wave 10 on gold against the Geth with nothing but a Phaeston X and a Human Engineer. Some of the best play I have ever performed was during the clutch. I guess I just like the pressure.
