I know most of this thread seems to have been busy with the typical "Your favourite character's death was hilarious" "No, yours was!" type arguments, but seriously, why has nobody mentioned Jacob's romance scene yet?

I only recently bothered to look up videos of other options that I'd never take, and I have to say, this line is almost radioactive with cornballness.

Tali's cliff dive.
And then Shepard's nonchalant "Tali, no..." - especially when compared to "STEEEEEEVE!"
I hate you guys. You just ruined one of the saddest moments in ME3 for me. Especially when you press the Paragon interrupt thinking you'll save her and you fail anyway. Now I can't stop thinking about how oddly graceful her fall was, like an Olympic swimmer or something.

I thought it was a great romance arc - minus the creepy FemShep hitting on Jacob part that you had to do to begin it - and could ignore the cheesy "prize" line, until they totally dismantled his character and turned him into a space age Maury Povich character. At least they let us slap him and make him apologize in Citadel.

I'd have to say FemShep fighting the Shadow Broker in the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC. Boxing with James is one thing, but c'mon, really? FemShep versus that behemoth? Seems unlikely.
Well, aside from the fact that FemShep is probably as strong as Vega (and he is a hulking human tank as we know), due to her massive augmentations when Cerberus rebuild her. Still not enough to overpower a Yagh in hand-to-hand, but at least enough to stagger one:)
I have to say, that personally I find many situations cheesy, especially in ME3. As a matter of fact often I felt like the whole serious'ness of Mass Effect went from serious sci-fi of ME1, to modern sci-fi ME2 and dropped at points to Power Rangers smirk inducing cheesy'ness in ME3.
....
A damn Mass Effect toothbrush?
EDI as a sexbot driving Joker horny?
The *pew pew* sounds of Turian frigates in the cinematic when they were shooting at the Reapers durning the Meanae moon mission at Palavens orbit?
I don't mean to be picky, I love the series, can't wait for the new ME, but at many points game felt so rushed.
Shepard (and other NPC's aswell) clipping onto clutter and furniture when walking on the Citadel?
Lot of rooms gave me feel of void and emptiness too, like they didn't even bother to make one room look different from another, if they had different purpose.
Moment ago I had a turian NPC on the docks at the Citadel starring at a blank wall at the end of the map, rubbing his chin and observing the empty wall with gaze of contemplation as if Mona Lisa painting was hanging on it (LOL) and there are many NPCs doing pointless walk routes and gestures...
Also, why we didn't get to visit damn Palaven, space suits protect Shep and his/her crew from planets radiation, so why BioWare refrained itself from doing Palaven mission? Instead we got Asari Candy Motherland home planet with colorful... everything.
Also Nyreen should have been there just like Javik, available as a squaddie since one of the first missions. Rich character, wasted at the end of Omega. Why? The cutscene she dies in soakes with how forced her death was and it hurt my eyes when I saw it. At least should have lived as a Talon asset.
But what the hell, Shepard storyline is done. I hope they include all the good thing they added throughout the series and respectable DLC's and improve things that were there, but got cut out.

Not sure if you misunderstood or I just didn't phrase that clearly enough... but I was saying that I can understand James and FemShep boxing, that seems believable as far as the character is concerned. It just looks a little strange because of the body model the game uses. But FemShep up against the Shadow Broker just looks silly.

Yea, FemShep vs Shadow Broker was looking comedic, but clearly she couldn't just stand there point blank doing nothing.

Obviously not, and I didn't suggest that. You're just arguing for the sake of arguing now.

In the beginning of Mass Effect 2, when Collector ship attacks the Normandy. You see the crew escaping to rescue pods, but one of the crewmates dies in an explosion and falls to the ground. It always gets me. Also in ME3, at the Shroud facility when Mordin injects cure for genophage. "New beginning, for all of us." Then BAM, he's dead lol.
Mordin's death scene is usually one of the more touching moments for me, but it is more amusing when he's singing rather than saying that.

Yuck because of the romance? Or yuck because of the armor? And my scene is the Benezia death scene. I can't take it seriously, while staring at two mounds of super heaving flesh as she whispers, "There's no light, they said there would be a light..."
And Joker's "Watch the arm!" I didn't find it funny, but really it pissed me off, If I were Shep, I would have broken the damn thing, or left him there...
