Hello,
It's been nearly 2 hours that I try to understand how it should works, reading forums and so.
I've buy the game in deluxe edition in steam.
I download and install the game (6 hours by the way !)
I launch the game and I connect but there's no DLC at all listed for my account.
When I check my bioware account I have DLC like the armor and other stuff. It's like it's activated but in the game nothing, not even a piece like I have read in lots of forums.
How can I be sure that my DLC are activated in my account, in the game I see nothing.
No DLC in download, no DLC downloaded and of course not installed.
For the moment I have a good first impression about the game but for the additional content its a [censured].
It's 3.40 AM and I'm tired of all this, hope someone will answer me in the next days.

check this thread it might help, In the downloadable content menu a window opens with 3 tabs, Available Content, Download Progress and Installed Content. Does anything show up in any of those tabs?
What you might need to do is launch Dragon Age and instead of clicking on play click on Configure, then go to repair on the left hand side and click add firewall exceptions.
