I'm running Windows XP. I can log in fine, but when I try to create a new character, the screen changes to some artwork and then immediately crashes. It prompted me to send a bug report to MS, which I did. This happens every time.

So I installed it on another computer, also running XP, and when I start it, I get the error message: "Failed to detect a supported video card."
Come on BioWare, this is ridiculous. Can't you see I'm trying to get this working, and just give me the Lucky Stone ring so I don't have to waste any more time with your broken software? I ready own the game. My Xbox gamertag is 'tabicat'.
