 iv have just puchased the exiled prince dlc for dragon age 2 on pc... but its not lettingme download content, when i go on to download, my screen goes darker asiff is going to download it but nothing happens ???...... can anybody help me

I'd suggest that you phone customer service. I had a problem with adding a mac version of the game and having the content show up as downloadable. It took a long time to figure out the problem (answer: don't assume that you're newly downloaded game has the latest patch installed, sometimes that bugs and you have to manually install it and if you have more than ome Origin identity, make sure that's not bollocksed in some way), but they worked really hard to resolve it. Contrary to popular belief, customer support are fairly awesome and really nice.

Yeah this DLC authorization and stuff is all messed up. Mine has never been right since they changed my account to the new origins account. My bioware/ea account and dlc has never worked right since. Nor will my game profiles update correctly anymore. My DAO's game is the collector's edition and it isn't even offered through their Origins portal. So, I'm screwed there. So Bioware, why isn't it offered through the Origins' portal?

You could give ea's customer service a shot and see if they can help you.

I've also reported the dlc is still not working to ea. Hope you have better luck and than I did.

Lucky for me, I have my dragon age folder backed up with dlc working correctly on my old pc and I'll just have to copy the folder from the old pc to the new one. This is what I'm going to do anyway.

They will need to get this dlc issue fixed before the new game comes out. Especially since we are to have the opportunity to use all games from DAO and DA2.

Going through EA's customer service is worthless.

Well errant knight, you must have got lucky and got ahold of a customer service rep that knew what they were doing. My account is so messed up now it's not even funny.

I disagree. They were extremely helpful. If the first level of help can't resolve it, going up a level likely will.

The Keep will make it possible for you to bring any world state into the game for DA:I regardless of what DLC you may have or what saved games you have. That's what it's for.

I had to go through several people, but they were patient and so was I. It took a fair number of hours on the phone, but these things can be the result of multiple problems and not necessarily easy to track down

It's cause he torrented an unpatched version with DLC's. Im suprised he even figured out how to install it
