Playing the Homefrnot challenge, I realized that the game maybe doesn't count every kill scored by Throw as a biotic kill. So I went solo bronze to figure out what's happening and I didn't figure out anything.
I killed something like 20+ enemy units using Throw only and the game eventually handed out the 10 biotic kills medal.
??
The only hypothesis I've got is that maybe the enemy units needs to be killed from full HP in one cast of Throw (with/without the DOT damage that Throw occasionally has), possibly knocked off the map, or something.
Anyone knows what's up with that?

I would imagine it doesnt count the kills caused by enemies being slammed into objects.

This is true. Enemy has to be killed by all Biotic damage, not environmental from the force of the attack.

So when a a Cannibal is lying down and gets hit by a Throw, if it slams him to the ground, will it count or not?
If an enemy unit is hit by a Throw, skids on the ground and then dies, will it count or not?

i think throw has to kill them on impact for it to count as a biotic kill.

Biotic damage is caused by the impact from throw. Physics damage is caused by objects in motion impacting another object. Physics damage will credit the kill to whatever was the last source of damage (like backfire does), in this case throw. Since technically biotic damage was not the killing blow, it must not count it as a biotic kill.

The second medal for biotic kills is 25. You might not have reached it.
