I'm not too bothered about plot related stuff. I trust Bioware to do an amazing job there.

So including this scenario would entail 1) Corypheus knows about (and actually has a motive to take the OGB) and 2) a number of set conditions that ensure both actually are in the world and 3) that the Inquisitor, up to his/her ass in demons from the whole fade tear issue (and whatever other major world shattering conflicts are going on) is going to give a rat's butt about some random event like a kidnapped kid. I highly doubt Morrigan (if she is the quest giver) is going to come out and say those kinds of details to the stranger about her son.
Count me in as "No" on this. Dragon Age already has a feel of 'the world is getting smaller and smaller' each time they bring in old companions to play with the new PC. Bioware seems to be moving forward with the story and having this kind of scenario is just another step backward.

If you don't have Legacy, and your Hawke never goes to where Corypheus is held, that doesn't mean that there isn't a way to say that Bethany or Carver didn't go there eventually. Unless they're both dead, and I'm not sure how'd that be explained away, but it could be retconned somehow. (Like Anders and Justice).
If you didn't do the DR with Morrigan in Origins, it can still be retconned. Maybe she slept with that other guy Riordan and it somehow worked, even though he should have been sterile at that point. And your warden or Alistair died killing the Archdemon anyway. It can be retconned somehow.
So I think it could be a possible storyline. Even if your character didn't do it, there's some way to say that it happened.

If you don't take Anders with you in Awakening, or he dies in the end of Awakening, he and Justice still show up in DA2 - Retconned.

With the amount of flack they have gotten over the changes in the past, especially with Leliana, Zevran, or Anders. I can't see making that many choices for the player so something like this could happen to try and keep the amount of outrage to a lower level at release.

The DR can't be redconned cause that would unkill your warden/whoever killed the archdemon aswell.
Since the spirit of the archdemon doesn't go to the warden that did the killing strike but to the child if you did the DR with any character elligleble for it

The game did go out of its way though, to imply that something fishy was going on, after the supposed death of Corypheus.TurretSyndrome wrote...
Corypheus is dead. It is only player assumption that he's alive. So it's really in the hands of the Maker(Bioware) if he's confirmed as alive. Same goes for the god-eater kid.

Also they strongly hinted at him being alive after Hawke freezes him and supposedly kills him but did anyone notice that he says something like " Is there a chill in the air hahahaha. " 4:08 ish in.

When the wardens get back up and after you "kill" him their speech patterns change creepy music and they smile creepily.
As for the old god baby thing not everyone did the ritual and it's not their canon, also if you did the ritual then how would he know of the childs existence if only a select few actually know it exists so no I don't think it will be a storyline.

That right there is your only implication, if it can even be called as such.
