I know this isn't in the right place, but for whatever reason I don't have permission to post in the PC Support forum. I purchased the Mass Effect Trilogy from Gamefly last night and have since succesfully installed and played ME1 and ME2. However, after the download for ME2 completed it began downloading the documentary on its own. That got stuck several times and I just managed to remove it (maybe) from the Origin window. However, now I cannot download Mass Effect 3. I click the download button but nothing happens.
Halp.

You can't post in the "PC support forum", because it was closed over a year ago.
If you have tech problems, use the "EA Answer HQ".

If you are in North America (I have heard the chat isn't very good elsewhere), I would also suggest using the Origin Chat, I found they have been able to help me a lot faster then other methods.
