Can we get a bigger spread of power levels OP? So far we only have one Super Saiyan, since Goku had to be SSJ to beat Frieza.

I'll add a few more. I could probably add Cell jr. and whatnot.
Problem is, the Android Saga list of power levels is all jacked
#18's power level is allegedly 3,000,000, which wouldn't even be enough to defeat Goku back when he fought Frieza in his base form. So I can't really take anything from that.I'll take a look and see what other movie villains I can find, though. There's gotta be more than just Cooler.
