I'll add a few more. I could probably add Cell jr. and whatnot.

Problem is, the Android Saga list of power levels is all jacked #18's power level is allegedly 3,000,000, which wouldn't even be enough to defeat Goku back when he fought Frieza in his base form. So I can't really take anything from that.

I'll take a look and see what other movie villains I can find, though. There's gotta be more than just Cooler.

Are you using Daishenzu?

18 should be like 500k less than 17. S'all I remember.

I'm drawing all these from the DBZ Wiki's list of power levels. They pulled every known power level from every potential source: the manga, the anime, various magazines, interviews... problem is, a lot of conflicting information comes as a result, so you gotta keep an eye out for what sounds like BS.

Not entirely unfeasable. They started pretty weak comparatively until they absorbed tons of energy like Cell and vastly underestimated the Super Saiyans, Piccolo, and Gohan (despite the other androids and Cell as contingency plans).

True, but the same source claims that 17 and 18 are only 30,000,000, and they're stuck at their level.

Vegeta should've been one-shotting those robots if that were true.
