But if load a save right before that specific choice and then beat the game and go back and try to do it agian but with the opposite good/bad choice, I have a feeling ME2 will only read the last game I finished as there is no actual "cleared game" file. Does this make sense? Can anyone put my worries to rest?

Umm every time you beat the game it makes a file to import to ME2.

Ok, thanks. I was just watching the video and it looked as though it was only going to have one import file for each career you have saved, and I then assumed that it would only load that LAST cleared game file from each career. I only have one career file, but multiple saves on that career, I just want to make sure I can import different end game scenarios on the same career into ME2 if I choose to.

You can, Just beat the game again with those choices.
