To be honest, unlike some, I never wanted to romance Aveline, and part of her appeal was that she didn't try to even seem interested or try to seem attractive in the slightest. Of course, all of this was overshadowed by her boringness and pointlessness, so she still lost points with me.

I liked her non nonsense contrast with the rest of the group, Isabella most of all.

I didn't like Aveline all too much. Not really sure why, just didn't care for her.

I think the issue is that she suffers from Jacob/Kaidan syndrome of being largely unremarkable in comparison to the rest of the group. There's not much to hate about her but she really doesn't stand out that much on her own is often found to be boring outside the broader context.
