If you frequently experience that other players equip kits that trivialize the matches, you should actively seek to create some kind of a circle of players that doesn't do that and play within that circle. Complaining on BSN about it will, in fact, change nothing. The easiest way to do that is to PUG a lot.
If you don't want to do that because you find those pugs too difficult, then maybe the problem isn't in the players 'trivializing' the matches with their choice setups, but in you being the only constant in all of these situations.
E-peen waving is fairly uncommon around here - unless you can't exactly tell whether it's an actual e-peen waving or humorous in any way. Most of the time it's the later kind - or is that just the way I see it?
I also do not see scoreboard as a negative incentive. It incentivizes the person towards whatever direction that person is more likely to go in the first place. For me, that would mean to try my best every match, revive teammates whenever possible and avoiding using rockets if possible. For someone else, it might mean exactly the opposite.
tl;dr - that's why I hate drinking alcohol - I can't sleep and I can't stop myself from replying to dumb BSN threads.

That's a pretty well reasoned and cogent reply from a drunk guy.

I wouldn't really say I'm drunk though.

Only one? Surely the most sickening online player base deserves at least three.
