Anyone who has played Saints Row 3 and 4 who used Female Voice 1 should know who I am talking about.

Something about her voice is really commanding and powerful, but also has a light side. I dunno, I always think it's hard to find someone as good as Jennifer Hale, but if I was able to chose who to replace FemShep it would definitely be Laura Bailey.

As much as I like SR, did you really just advertise Laura Bailey with that? She's in so much better stuff with much more memorable performances than "Female Voice 1."

I'm hoping they will add playable races, but if ME4 is Shepard 2.0 (human male/female PC) then, yeah, she gets my vote. She also played the vampire Serana in the Dawnguard Skyrim DLC as well as Oriana Lawson in ME3.

I'm pretty sure the next Bioware game will feature the same voice actors Bioware has always used; just because ME4 doesn't feature Shepard doesn't mean that they are not going to hire Hale again.

She's awesome.  She also does Oriana and Kira Carsen in SWTOR.  

I also found the VO, Ali Hillis, "Liara" for one of the Imperial NPC's on Tat.  As well as a lovely voice from Dragon Age two, Fenris! Fenris plays an Imperial soldier on Hoth.

So yeah, more Laura Bailey and Yvonne Strahovski would be great.

Ali Hillis also voices a Ranna Tao'Ven, a Twilek NPC that you run across on Tython during Republic missions.

Loved her in Saints Row, too (singing What I Got in SR3 was cool). Her Oriana wasn't great because of the accent, but she's very good otherwise.

Yes, Claudia Black is great too! (remembers when she was on the show "Farscape" then, "Stargate SG-1," Mass Effect, Dragon Age: Origin... All my favorites!)

Why the player character would need commanding voice? For all we know, he/she could be just a standard soldier. Besides, when I was in the army, one fellow student that used to go the same upper secondary school had so unmanly, uncommanding voice that I had hard time keeping my poker face. When I noticed that he was a corporal... Oh well. You have to obey no matter what mouse is commanding you.

In fact, I wish that this time we'd get to play normal soldier. Not a person who's superhero already.

I wouldn't mind Laura at all, I really like her voice. Besides, Kira is good padawan.

One of the things ME did well..... I call this the hero approach.... is to take well known personalities, or cult figures..... and give them a role in the game.

I know Bailey's VA sounds alot like Tigh from BSG. Ditto Six. Martin Sheen is another well known distinctive voice......

Half the fun of the ME trilogy was listening to the voices and thinking...... Isn't that so and so from that show?
