I purchased ME1 & 2 from Steam this weekend (I'm new to Steam).  But I can't get access to the games.  Steam is asking for a "Product Code" in the "Activation" tab of my Library, but I don't have a product code.  Steam TS is not responding.  Steam emailed me a receipt with a conformation code, but thats all and that number doesn't work.

Where do I get a product code?  Any other advise or direction would be appreciated.  Thanks!
