I have been tinkering with it and when I was done with creating a world state, I clicked on export the world state. I dont have the game on my PC yet, DAI I mean. So my question is, where the created world state save go on my pc?

You're asking in the wrong section UI but I'll tell you, it doesn't go anywhere, when you get the game it will ask you automatically if you want to play with default or the custom world you made. Just remember to sign in to your EA account when start up the game.
