Just let google search for "beer fish" First thing to find: Isinglass is a substance obtained from the dried swim bladders of fish. It is a form of collagen used mainly for the clarification or fining of beer.
The more you know...
I make wine and beer as a hobby, I just added that stuff to two batches of wine on the weekend, some Riesling and some Merlot.
