Regardless of how the ending was, ME3 had some amazing moments. They made us smile, laugh, and cry. Which moments had the most impact on you? What scenes just made you break down and cry like a little baby?

For me, I had two: (If you didn't realize, spoilers incoming)

The First was when Mordin went up the spire to fix it, and was singing to himself as his world turned to ash.
The second was on the last mission, saying goodbye to Garrus. I didn't romance him in any of the games, to me, he was Shepards best friend. The one who always had her back. Shepard and Vakarian, storming heaven. I just broke inside.

Having to kill Mording to sabotage the cure. I didn't even finish that playthrough.

When Javik gets picked up by the normandy at the Harbinger Beam scene. "This is where I belong".. and he's so right. Born into war.

None. So far only two games have managed that. Silent Hill 2, and The Walking Dead.

There were a couple scenes in ME3 that came close though. Thane's deathbed prayer would be one, followed by Anderson's death.

Mordin's death didn't come close for me. It was a good scene, but I found it to be more triumphant than sad.

None.

But watching the Migrant Fleet get destroyed and Tali/Raan comitting suicide came close. That was even sadder than Harry Flynn's suicide in Uncharted 2.

Killing Mordin is also a very touching scene. Thane's death was well done, but I never really cared for him anyway.

The end...

...because I wanted to go with destroy and "accidentally" jumped straight into the beam...because I thought that was how you were able to make your choice...and I got the synthesis ended instead.

Well, none of them made me cry, but the ending did make me sad. Then again, that's all the more reason to play through the game again and use the Happy Ending mod.

Edit: The ending starting from the point where Shepard tells his LI (in my case, Ashley) he loves her before going into the Citadel. Shepard saying goodbye like that really did make me sad. The actual ending didn't do much to help me out, either.

I'm weird in that I can come close to tears relatively easily, but do not actually go all the way and cry ever.

So, scenes that brought me to tears...

ME1: Virmire.
ME2: Baria Frontiers side-quest, Thane/Kolyat confrontation.
ME3: Mordin's sacrifice, David Archer cameo, Admiral Raan/Geth Prime scene (not to be confused with Legion's sacrifice), piano tune of "I'm Proud of You" (not to be confused with Anderson's death), EC memorial wall.

I never out-right cried but I sure did tear up a few times:

Thanes death. Mordin's sacrifice. Grunt's sacrifice (although he did live - but at that moment I had to pause the game and wipe my eyes). Letting the Geth die (first game - every game after that I managed to save both). Kadian dying (first game).  And that got to me. And the last goodbye to my lovers (Kaiden, Liara). Samantha dying (ok her death I almost lost it). Garrus - the last goodbye. And one game, where I missed the interupt and Samara killed herslef. I liked Samara a lot.

And the final was in the Citadel DLC - when the party was over and everyone is boarding the ship. Shepard says, "the best". I knew it was over then.

This game, while I ranted about several parts (like the ending and the lack of choice) is among a few where I actually cared about the characters. Care enough to play the games (all 3) several times. Just because i wanted more time with them all.

The exact same thing happened on my first playthrough as well.  I was so confused and shocked at the whole catalyst bull**** I had no idea what the hell was going on.  So I just ran forward and got synthesis even though I wanted to destroy the reapers.  My mind was boggled.

Probably Mid-EMS Destroy Memorial Scene, since that's what I got in my initial playthrough, and since I didn't know about the breath scene, the fact that Shepard was gone made me tear up a bit.

None really, but some made me choke up - namely Tali's suicide, Garrus' goodbye in London, Liara's time capsule scene, and the scene near the end when Joker got up and saluted Shepard (which was then negated by the original ending where he randomly decided to ditch Shepard, lol).

Also honourable mention to colonist Shep's personal quest from ME1, the one with the suicidal girl. That one was also quite heartbreaking.

ME1 ending where Shepard walks out of the rubble with that goofy simile. Gets me every time.

ME3 had a lot of heartwarming moments.

This one killed me a little bit.
"If things go sideways and we both end up there...meet me at the bar. I'm buying"
"Goodbye Garrus. And if I'm up there and you're not, I'll be looking down, I'll always have your back"

Oh and the final goodbye between my Shepard and Liara when the Normandy comes in for evac.
"No matter what happens, you mean everything to me Liara. You always will"
"...I am yours"
Then Harbinger totally cooks the entire squad.

These were my top 2 moments.

Honorable mention goes to Citadel DLC group picture. That was a nice touch.

Mordin, Thane, Anderson, and Legion's deaths. Also, listening to the recording of Mordin singing Amazing Grace. Most of the Garrus romance got me choked up, but not quite in tears.

The English version of Tali's song in the Citadel DLC, in a negative sense.
The German version sounds 10 times better. The Italian version sounds also pleasant, even if I don't understand a single word.

Alright.

Mordin's Death
The End
And the Citadel DLC.

The most spontaneous one of the DLC. That **** was out of nowhere. I cried for no reason other than the fact that by the end, I knew that this would be my last time with these awesome characters.

Shove that up your hole "awful characters."

None of them.

I found some to be touching and well made, but actually crying? That's a bit of a stretch for me.

Nothing. With the exception of Mordin's death, many of the "dramatic" moments of ME3 felt forced, as if the writer was saying "This is sad. This is deep. You should feel emotional about this." The nightmare scenes immediately come to mind in the regard.

The Breath Scene.

And knowing that no matter what I did, the game won't allow for a better outcome than this.

Or if you want:
"I Remember Me" mission in ME1
Nef's diary entries in ME2
Mordin' death ME3
