I have some question regarding "Powerful" weapons..

1. Graal Spike Thrower - Why not use the GPS instead?
2. Acolyte - Granted that the usage of the gun has seen a significant dip after the charge mechansim was reintroducted, the gun still sees retains quite a bit of its fanbase. [Caster classes, i guess?]
3. Executioner Pistol - How do you use this gun? Its damage doesn't appear to be as high as it is claimed on Kalence; 1271[Level II, Destroyer]. Also, Talon better suit the puprose of Executioner, doesn't it?
4. Suppressor - What... What in the name of Shephard is the use of this gun?
5. Raider - I know Raider is one of the most loved guns in the whole game. Tell me how to use this gun... I cant get it right.
6. Hornet - Its kick is crazy. I haven't seen anyone use this gun anymore. [Not in anyone of my matches atleast...] Anyone like this gun?
7. Falcon: Its delay drives me crazy and this makes it difficult to aim also. Is this more of a shotgun type of a gun?
8. Saber - I am just bad at headshotting but still...
That's my list.

2. Ridiculously good gun. Just charge it up, run around and release. Usually strips shields from mooks in 1 shot allowing all sorts of,powers to be used instantly (pull, throw, flamer, etc). Also strips shields from bosses in a couple hits.
3. I'll take the talon over the ex any day. Never liked it much.
4. Headshots. Otherwise it sucks.
5. Raider needs a smart choke to be effective. Once it's on its like night n day difference.
6. That gun is trash.
7. Falcon is good for staggering big groups of enemies and applying ammo (hello cryo ammo). The damage itself is pretty Blech.
8. Never was my favorite. Found the refire rate to be too slow. But I t has a pretty big following round here.

The Acolyte can turn Pull into a good power so I like it on the Justicar, it also makes the Fury even easier to play and is a great secondary on almost all characters because it's nearly weightless.
The Suppressor has the highest headshot modifier in the game, so if you can't get headshots it will seem awful.
Use the Raider on any class that can close distances quickly/easily or are happy in CQC, like vanguards, infiltrators, Batarians or the Valkyrie. Use it on either of the Marksman characters and it becomes effective even at long range.
The Falcon is all about crowd control and applying ammo, it's damage isn't great but it can stunlock whole mobs and set up tech bursts or fire explosions very easily.
I missed out the ones I don't use a whole lot.

2/ The bane of Shield/Barrier/Phantom/Almost Every freaking things in the game. Just take it as a sidearm to strip shield and apply ammo effect like Incendiary and Disruptor. For caster classes Acolyte + Hurricane is the best combo. Tip to use: You can hold the charge and release it while sprinting.
3/ It's like a pocket Widow/Javelin. Not godly but is considered classy and stylish.
4/ It's a classy and stylish but hard to use gun. Its power is its x4 headshot damage but the drawback is its poor ammo reserve. Use it on characters that has bonus headshot damage like Turian and Drell. It requires quite aiming skill though.
5/ Up close and personal. It's a double ejaculations of destruction right into your enemies face aka double barreled shotgun. It has really high burst damage and while off-host you can shoot more than 2 shots in quick succession.
6/ It's trash
7/ The bane of troopers and phantom. Slap it on a class with good detonation powers like Overload and use Disruptor Ammo to wreck hell.
8/ Saber is like Suppressor. It's classy and stylish but not as good as God-tier weapons like Harrier, Reegar,..

For the falcon, which character would be the best?
It's quite good on the vanilla Human Engineer and I like it on the siege-pulse spamming Juggernaut too but you'll need a secondary to help deal with armour.
Also, the Raider is improved enormously with the smart choke.

If you're consistently scoring hits with it, it's actually quite a high damage, though there are superior choices, for a rare it's aged well.
For the Falcon, eh... Scorpion feels better, it's lighter (With the capacity to be extremely light) lets you take pistol power amp, and can instantly knock back foes if you know where to aim right, yet lets you retain the ability to time bomb/prox mine areas as well. Kit dependent, but more of my kits favour the scorpion over the falcon. I get more utility from the scorpion overall.

Graal, I do not have much experience with, but I do know it does a 300% headshot multiplier and ignores armor, I suppose its really an equal weapon to the GPS, sans the homing.
Acolyte is light and powerful, able to strip shields and barriers within moments, it is great for casters and heavy users alike, as it weighs basically nothing. It also has a nice AOE, stacks great with ammo and has a chance to stun an enemy, which is very useful.
Executioner is a single shot cover penetrating high power pistol. The Talon is a non-cover penetrating shotgun which becomes more and more inaccurate, they are two fundimentally different weapons. I personally love using it on headshot based characters or as a heavy sidearm, slap a Heavy Barrel V on and it devestates.
Suppressor doesn't seem great, but notice its lack of recoil, great accuracy, insane headshot multipler and rapid fire? You can destroy tons of enemies within moments by simply concentrating fire on the head, its an incredible sidearm.
Raider is great because it deals its damage in only two shots and with almost no wait inbetween, making it excellent for tanky CQB classes, slower vanguards (Kroguard) and overall hit and run tactics.
Hornet I haven't used this a lot, but it does okay damage, recoil really is annoying, but it was generally decent, not too much to say. Have to try it more
Falcon is a grenade launcher, notice how it staggers on every hit? let them stagger, start walking again, and shoot it. They will stagger again, and again, and again. It also is AOE and applies ammo in AOE. Can you imagine the devestation Snap-Freeze and an Incendiary Falcon can cause, or the crowd control ability? Phantoms become useless.
Saber is about headshots and precise aim, thats all there really is to it, treat it as a much lighter black widow, or better yet, a much slower and much more powerful Carnifex.

1.) The Graal Spike Thrower is a "Host Dependent Gun". Meaning that you need to be host to use the Graal efficiently because of the projectile/spikes it shoots out.
2.) The Acolyte is good if you don't like burning through 2 clips to get rid of enemy sheild/barriers; especially if you're using the Harrier.
5.) The Raider is very good if you know how to reload cancel; Smart choke is a must.
6.) When using the hornet... YOU NEVER, EVER AIM DOWN THE SIGHTS. Just fire it as it is.
7.)Try using cryo amo with the Falcon. Even if you miss the splash damage caused by the explosion will make the enemies move slowly or freeze giving you an easier target to hit. Just make sure you lead your shot and aim at the feet.

Well first I could argue that since the last new item in the game at all was months ago it *has* aged, but then I'd just be arguing a turn a phrase. (Like you are.) Pointless and argumentative waste of time. Semantics. Silliness.
Cause wall bounce *always* works in your favour right?
I'll take the three detonation options the scorpion gives me over that.
Also, ending anything with /thread is just... downright immature. Geez. -1

Some of the others weapons just seem to be adequate/good depending on how often you miss and how often you headshot (Saber, Graal, Executioner, Suppressor)
Falcon is a really simple and safe weapon considering you can stunlock all mooks.. like the acolyte, TEs are what makes the gun less of a grind and more usable on higher difficulties.. on platinum you'll be kiting quite a bit though.

1. The Graal, unlike the GPS, can get headshots. In fact it has a bonus headshot multiplier. Moreover, it has much higher DPS than the GPS if you get good at charging it for the minimum time (0.8s).
2. It strips shields. Really fast. In an aoe. That also staggers infantry. And it weighs almost nothing.
3. It's a Mantis in pistol form. It could be used to take down infantry Shields/Barriers in one shot so you could follow up with biotics such as Throw. Or a Human Engineer could use Overload to strip their Shields/Barriers, then shoot for a OHK. Or with Phasics, you could just OHK a lot of infantry outright. A Talon can fulfill similar purposes yes... but the Talon is UR, has much less effective range, doesn't come with innate piercing. Not sure it has enough damage to OHK with a bodyshot either.
4. Aside from doing massive headshot damage, the Supressor also has some of the highest burst DPS in the game, if you have some means of using its max ROF. The gun would be insanely overpowered if not for the crippling ammo amount and low clip size.
5. You stick it in right in someone's gut, fire it as rapidly as you can until it reloads, reload cancel, then do it all over again. Using the Raider is not complicated. The complicated bit is getting into its effective range without dying. If it weren't clear, effective range for the Raider is "kissing distance."
6. The Hornet was a fantastic gun back when the Hurricane kicked like a mule with rocket boots and 800DPS was about as high as it got. Power Creep and the ridiculous amount of Hurricane buffs saw this gun fall by the wayside. There's just no reason to use the gun if you have a Hurricane. Still, if you want to use it, I recommend sticking it on a Turian (Sentinel or Havoc probably, due to their armor debuffs), Heatsink and Extended Barrel, AP Ammo. Fire it from the hip, from short range.
7. It's for crowd control and aoe ammo (Disruptor, Cryo, Incendiary) application. I have absolutely no idea how you could have difficulty aiming with it. Shoot in the vague, general direction of the enemy's feet and the shot will find its way through the power of space magic, ricocheting in complete defiance of physics if it has to.
8. Try using it on a class with a hitscan stagger power like Overload, Energy Drain or Sabotage. If you can't get a headshot after that, well... I got nothing for you.

They will defy science, math, and the Gods to get in your way. (Eg: Dead primes for 1-5 seconds depending on lag.)
