It sounds nice, but it's one of those things that I could take or leave. It's totally immaterial unless someone actually makes reference to my age.

That would add a lot of additional work since you would need to re-record dialogue to match the age bracket your character would fall in, and depending on how much or how little age reference could be used if this was implemented it may not be worth it from a game priority stand point.
