Unreasonably high percentage of "the host left the game" lately?

From my PUGing experience on PS3, it honestly feels like there's a host change mid-match roughly every other game or every 2 games.

I had that on PC too, the other day.
But really, the last few weeks it somehow steadily increased.
Now I have the feeling that every 3rd or 4rth game either the host leaves before wave 3,
or it is hacked.
(And i don't mean Horde- or Husk Mode,
but stupid OHK everything weapons/powers + 30 Grenades - on silver! <_<)
Edit: I think my formating absorbed to much Halloween: fixed now
