I bought the N7 Woven shirt on clearance off the Bioware Store site. Its is very different from the picture and the description. What I received was a thin black button down shirt, it has the N7 emblem over the right chest pocket, the second button down is a snap button where as the rest are normal plastic shirt buttons. The collar is somewhat unique by having two side by side neck buttons. Otherwise this is a pretty normal two chest pocket dress shirt. Really not sure how I ended up with this, when the shirt you have advertised is clearly a different material, contrast stitching, unique pocket design, roll up sleeves, epaulets; clearly a different product and much more expensive. Did "Counter Intelligence" get bought out or change their designs without clearing it with you? I'm kind of confused how this worked out. I mean I like the shirt, but it is not what I ordered, and definately not worth what I paid, even on sale.
Anyone else have this issue? Also I tried looking up some info on the brand Counter Intellegence in NYC but got absolutley nowhere.

Same thing just happened to me, the shirt you described is exactly what I received. The shirt's okay, but it's not what I wanted or what I ordered. I'll be calling their customer service number on Monday.

Bummer. I bought one of these during the N7 day sale. That order still hasn't shipped yet. Maybe I should try to cancel the shirt if it's nothing like the pics.

I was able to get a hold of someone at customer service today, he requested I send some pictures and said he'd investigate it, so I'm hopeful it will be resolved amicably. I'm still really interested in the shirt that was advertised, so I hope I can get one still.

After some delay, I finally got this item in the mail (apparently the warehouse needed to resolve some issues with it, whatever that means) and it's just like in the pictures. Not the highest quality button up shirt ever, but still pretty cool and it's on sale again.
