The Alliance gets Karabor, which is better known as the Black Temple.
The Horde get a Frostwolf stronghold in Frostfire Ridge.

Looks like they're keeping the factions separate in their major cities.

It's seems you got right. Oficial status in site for Durotan and Frostwolf is horde, while Velen, Maraad and Khadgar got Alliance.
I think, horde will start at Frostfire Ridge, while Alliance in Shadowmoon Valley. Again sanctuary or alliance / horde teritory?
Otherwise... Garnisons looks promising, looks smiliar to guild houses, but very nice idea. Something new, but i hope they will not screw up like destructible buildings in Northrend.

Yeah, I'm watching the live stream right now =P
They're going through all the old Orcish Clans right now, which is nothing all that new if you know your Warcraft 2 lore.
The garrisons will be interesting, because there have been a lot of people asking for player or guild houses/fortresses.

I must admit... I got now reason back to WoW, but i think hold this plans, until WoD release! It's looks really promising expansion, but i little confused... Where is now Zangarmarsh and Terokkar Forest?

It looks like Talador is what will eventually become Terokkar Forest.
The area between Frostfire and Nagrand is where Zangarmarsh should be which is mostly water. They've mentioned that the general blowing up of Draenor that happened shifted things around quite a bit.
Also Ferahlon, which is also known as Netherstorm will be added in a later patch and it is that island on the top right of the map.

So... Gul'dan, eh? I reckon we know who one of the main antagonists will be then. I'm confident we will also see Mannoroth, Kil'jaedan, and possibly Sargeras as well.
Bring on WoD!

Described as the "WoW version of housing". Not going to be like a cottage or house as much as it's going to be a base where you can invite your friends, trade resources, collector followers who can run missions, and have customization.
You will be able to pick which zone you want your base in, as well as what sorts of buildings you want to have in it. There will also be some offline progression in the form of follower missions.
The sorts of things you can get are:
> Epic gear for your character
> Unique benefits from buildings
> Limited access to professions you don't have
There will be monuments and trophies you can add, which could be tied to achievements.
The garrison has 3 tiers of expansion, which gives you more areas to build stuff. It sounds like the building benefits will have their own 3 tiers of upgrades which have options you have to choose from.
Buildings so far:
> Alchemy Lab
> Tinkerer's Garage
> Blacksmithing Foundry
> Enchanting Tent
> Dance Studio
> Jewelcrafting Shack
> Leatherworking Shop
> Tailoring Tent
> Salvage Yard
> Storehouse
> Mine
> Infirmary
> Mage Tower
> Inn
> Armour/Barracks
> Stables
Followers will level up to level 100 and have abilities/traits, customizable names, and gear.

Ugh.... UGH. We've had to deal with Garrosh's crap for FOUR expansions now and they're pulling a "Siege of Orgrimmar was just a setback!". And now, Orcs are set up as the big, bad bogeymen again. I now know how troll players feel. Plus, I hate time-travel timelines.
On the plus side, The large scale battles, updated models, Draenei involvement and PVP content look awesome.

More Inventory updates as well. The account-wide collections such as pets/mounts are now including Heirlooms, Toys, and possibly Tabards. "Toys" are various vanity items.
Inventory will have some sorting options with them, and the ability to assign bags to specific things. Quest items are no longer stored in bags. You will be able to craft using materials directly from the bank.

Otherwise also, looks promising Ashran battleground. Combination of original Alterac Valley and Wintergrasp... I like it!
Also Mythic mode will avalible only for 20 people... Back to Zul'Gurub classic standards?
Also nice new ogre models! Long time they don't have new models, from TBC until now! Maybe Ogre Females also will appear at last?

So you'll have Raid Finder, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic. The first three being flex raids which can have between 10 and 25 people in them, Mythic is set to only being 20 and is supposed to be the new incredibly difficult raid setting.
Describing something as "old school AV" is always a win in my book, so I look forward to Ashran.
From the looks of the site, they show the updated character models but they're only the original 8 from vanilla WoW. Draenei and Blood Elf are not there. Only Orc, Dwarf, and Gnome males are currently viewable.
Edit: Some people have mentioned that the Draenei in the trailer did look different, and they certainly do look updated compared to my characters.

There is rumors, that blood elves and draenei will get new models later. And come on?! Garrosh again will be main antagonist? Damn...

He sort of kicks things off, but he's not the big bad of everything. I suspect it will be another Kael'thas, where he is simply a minor boss to somebody much bigger.

I hope so, since he will run away from Pandaria before the verdict for his crimes. But wait... If he can change the timeline... It's possible that Kairoz introduced in 5.4 patch in Timeless Isle, is a Garrosh friend? That could make sense.

I believe their exact words were "a man behind the man", and they mentioned he was somebody who could alter time which suggests either Bronze or Infinite Dragonflight.

If this is infinite dragonflight, that may suggest Garrosh is a pawn of old gods. But we not know that for 100%.

Why would Old Gods care about Draenor, though? The Legion would have more of a stake in altering Draenor's history than Old Gods would.
I wonder if Sargeras has anything to do with this.

They will be adding additional stats such as movement speed or Cleave which is a change to do extra damage/healing to nearby targets.
