Yeah I wouldn't waste the bullets on him either.  Pistol whipping sounds more like it.

shoot out udina's kneecaps then pistol whip him to death while jack laughs maniacally and ashley does nothing because she's a crusty smudge on virmire.

Either that or line it up so one shot goes through all three of their heads at once, then use the last round for me.

Id realise that I don't have enough ammo and know that id have to spend time with atleast one of them alive. So I would shoot my self in the head, then I would shoot Udina.
